Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your FlyNap. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at humerio.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return instructions.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU customers

If you live in the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without needing to give a reason.
