Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Delays can happen due to customs or carrier issues.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. Any duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute an order once it has shipped.

Order not received

If your order has not arrived after 25 business days, email us at humerio.info@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full.
